Job Responsibilities:

• According to the overall market strategy of the Department, prepare and implement the sales plan of the market in their charge;

• Fully grasp the changes of the market and the situation of competitors, understand the flow of customer source market layout, and pay attention to the changes of market structure;

• The major customers in charge of the market should be familiar with their basic situation, pay attention to their changes at any time, respond in time, and develop new markets;

• Be responsible for sales delivery statistics and order statistics;

• Be responsible for return statistics and inquiry;

• Be responsible for receiving and counting customer complaints and reporting to the superior;

• Be responsible for the feedback of customer complaint handling results;

• Cooperate with the Department to maintain customer relationship;

• Organize and participate in some trade fairs and foreign promotional activities;

• Be responsible for cooperating with the quality management department to collect market data on adverse reactions or quality accidents;

• Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Qualifications:

• Have a certain understanding of relevant policies and regulations of medical devices;

• Love sales career, have good language expression and communication skills.
