Job Description

1. Be responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies in the assigned area and achieving the sales targets set by the company.

2. Explore new markets, develop new customers, maintain relationships with existing ones, and enhance customer satisfaction;

3. Regularly conduct market research, collect information on competing products, analyze market trends, and provide data support for the company's decision-making.

4. Coordinate the relationships with relevant partners such as hospitals and agents to ensure the smooth operation of business;

5. Establish a complete feedback system for market and customer information, and strive to achieve timely and accurate understanding of the market.

6. Do a good job in after-sales service for the products and track market information in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

1. Rich in resources and possessing strong market development capabilities;

2. Have a deep understanding of the orthopedic spine direction in the medical device industry and be familiar with market dynamics;

Job Description

1. Based on the overall market strategy of the department, formulate the sales plan for the market under one's jurisdiction and implement it.

2. Fully grasp the changes in this market and the situation of competitors, understand the traffic layout of the source market, and pay attention to the changes in the market structure.

3. For the major customer sources in the responsible market, be familiar with their basic situations, keep an eye on their changes at all times and respond in a timely manner, and develop new markets.

4. Be responsible for sales and shipping statistics as well as order statistics.

5. Be responsible for return statistics and inquiries;

6. Be responsible for the reception and statistics of customer complaints and report to the superior.

7. Be responsible for providing feedback on the handling results of customer complaints.

8. Cooperate with the department to maintain customer relationships well.
